ProduceAudit is built for confidential, business-to-business traceability work. We collect only the information needed to evaluate pilot readiness and provide the requested service.
Shortlist inquiries
We collect shortlist inquiry information—including your work email, company name, selected ERP or system, facility count, and any notes you choose to provide—strictly to evaluate pilot readiness and respond to your organization.
Contact form submissions are routed through a third-party webhook provider for lead notification and delivery. This provider receives the work email, company name, selected ERP or system, facility count, and notes submitted through the form.
Operational compliance data
Operational compliance data submitted during demonstrations, pilots, or audits is treated as confidential. It is never sold or used to train public models. We limit disclosure to service providers needed to operate the requested service and apply appropriate confidentiality protections.
Website telemetry
We use Microsoft Clarity, a third-party analytics service, to understand engagement, diagnose performance, and improve the ProduceAudit experience. Clarity may collect interaction, device, and session information. You can review Microsoft'sClarity opt-out and privacy instructions. We do not use this data to sell personal information.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate and support the requested business relationship. We apply administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to confidential enterprise data.
